Frequently
Asked Questions.
Do I get a Sandbox environment?
The availability of a Sandbox environment depends on the environments you have licensed from Microsoft. A Sandbox environment must be licensed for an implementation to occur. Please refer to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 License Guide to see what is included in your Microsoft licenses. For details on Bluefort Enterprise software, you may consult the Bluefort License Guide.
Our implementations are initially carried out in the Sandbox environment. After everything is signed off during the project implementation phase, the solution is moved to the Production environment for Go-Live.
Is Tax included in the pricing?
All our prices exclude tax.
What will I be billed for?
You will be billed for three main elements:
- Licensing for Using the Software: This covers the cost of the software licenses required to use our products and services.
- Implementation Services: These are the costs associated with setting up the software during the project implementation phase. The implementation services correspond to the packages we have outlined above.
- Support Services: After implementation, we offer ongoing support to help you get the most out of our software, and these services are billed separately.
We believe in transparency, so all services and activities included in your contract’s scope of work are clearly defined to avoid any hidden costs. If you have additional requests or changes during the project, we’ll let you know how they might affect the project timeline, costs, and resources.
How are additional costs for changes in scope calculated?
When you request changes or additions that are outside the original project scope—often referred to as overages—we address them through our established change management process. We’ll analyse the specific requests, estimate the additional work and costs involved, and assess any impact on the project timeline and resources. A detailed change request will then be presented to you for formal approval. This ensures full transparency and aligns with best practices in project governance, so you’re always informed about any adjustments to your project.
How does pricing evolve over time?
Our pricing for recurring service fees typically adjusts annually based on inflation, as agreed upon in our Terms and Conditions. This means you may see modest increases in these fees over time to align with inflation rates. For any fixed-term service charges, any changes in pricing would need to be mutually agreed upon in a separate agreement.
We believe in transparency and will always communicate any pricing adjustments in advance. Our goal is to ensure there are no surprises and that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions.
