HR Conversation
Interviewer: HR
Duration: 30-minutes
The goal of the HR screen is to learn more about your background and interest in Bluefort. In addition to learning about you, the HR member will also tell you about Bluefort, the role, compensation/benefits, the interview process, and answer any questions you have.

Department Lead Conversation
Interviewer: Hiring Manager
Duration: 45-minutes is average, but sometimes these are longer.
During this stage in the interview process, the Hiring Manager will introduce themself, get to know you, and answer any initial questions you may have. This stage is meant to be conversational and informative for both us and the candidate.

Business Case
Depending on the role, you might be assigned a business case to present.
