LISA Contract Entry Agent

LISA Contract Entry Agent reads the source and prepares the subscription action, around the clock. A person approves what posts: review & approve, built on Microsoft’s Sales Order Agent.

The Manual Layer
Between Intent & System.

In a subscription business, customer intent arrives as prose. An email asking to upsize, a Teams message confirming a renewal, an order buried in an attachment or a shared mailbox. Someone has to read it and re-key it into Business Central as a quote, an order, or a contract change. That translation layer is slow, it is where errors enter, and it scales only by adding people. It is the quiet tax on every growing recurring-revenue book.

From Inbox to Post-
Ready Action.

01.
A source arrives: a shared mailbox, a Teams chat, or an attachment.
02.
The agent uses AI to extract products, quantities, dates, and billing terms, and detects renewal patterns.
03.
It drafts a post-ready action: a quote or order, a subscription creation or update, or a contract change, upsizes, downsizes, co-terms, and pro-rata adjustments.
04.
A person reviews and approves, and only then does it post to Business Central.

Also does:

Flags anomalies and low-confidence data for human review inside BC, escalating when unsure. Provides an audit trail linking each subscription to its originating email, message, or file.

Architecture note:

Built as a Business Central extension on Microsoft‘s out-of-the-box Sales Order Agent, so the review-and-approve model is inherited from Microsoft’s own agent framework, not added on top.

Four Ways it Pays Back.

Speed & Throughput

Speeds order-to-cash by auto-ingesting emails, Teams messages, and attachments into Business Central.
Enables 24/7 processing, so work continues outside office hours.
Faster contract-change handling (upsizes, downsizes, co-terms); earlier exception handling through anomaly flagging.

Accuracy, Risk & Revenue Protection

Prevents revenue leakage from missed lines, increases, or add-ons.
Reduces order errors: mis-keyed quantities, dates, and discounts, and the rework they cause.
Enhances compliance and auditability with full subscription traceability; ends last-minute firefighting on broken orders.

Data Quality, Forecasting & Single Source of Truth

Strengthens a single source of truth. CRM and Business Central stay current, aligned, and fully synchronized across teams.
Improves forecasting accuracy through precise dates and values.
A cleaner data foundation improves the effectiveness of everything built on top of it.

People, Onboarding & Collaboration

Increases operational throughput: more orders per person, per day.
Accelerates onboarding of new ops staff with guided, automated, and intelligent flows.
Fewer disputes and queries from cleaner contracts; better sales-and-finance coordination through standardized inputs.

Governed by Design.

Agentic AI that is safe to trust with the system of record. It works inside Business
Central’s own pricing, permissions, and audit framework, not alongside it.

Pricing Stays in BC

Pricing and discount logic remain controlled by Business Central. The agent never invents a price.

Human Approves

The agent prepares; a person posts. High-confidence actions are ready, while anomalies are flagged for review inside BC.

Full Audit Trail

Every action is logged and source-linked. Each subscription traces back to the email, message, or file it came from.
